FAMILY UPDATE FROM VENTA CARE CENTRE

To our Residents and Family Members

At this time (letter sent) Venta Care Centre is officially off COVID outbreak.

We had a total of 14 Residents that tested positive for COVID-19 and 3 staff members. All staff and Residents have recovered.

Some new changes we would like to announce is the discontinuation of face shields for both staff and visitors. Please be advised we still enforce mandatory masking for staff and visitors and daily rapid testing for staff.

We ask that you take a moment to complete our annual Family Satisfaction Survey. Your response will help Venta Care Centre find ways to improve the care and services provided.
